Document Required for Postpay connection

  • Your Self attested photograph
  • Your Photo proof of identity / signature
  • The proof of your address

You can attach any of the following documents as Proof of Identity:

  • Income Tax PAN Card
  • Photo Credit Card
  • Voter ID Card
  • Passport
  • Arm's Licence
  • Driving Licence
  • Identity Card issued by Central / State Government
  • Identity Card issued by Public Sector Undertakings
  • Ration Card with your Photo
  • Government College / University Identity Card
  • CGHS / ECHS Card
  • Certificate of Address having Photo issued by MP / MLA / Group A Gazetted Officer in letter head
  • Certificate of Address with Photo from Govt. recognized educational institutions (for students only)
  • Certificate of Photo Identity issued by Village Panchayat Head or its equivalent authority (for rural areas)
  • Address Card with Photo issued by Deptt. Of Posts, Government of India
  • Smart Card issued by CSD, Defence / Paramilitary forces
  • Current Passbook of Post Office or any Scheduled Bank, having Photo
  • Caste & Domicile Certificate with Photo issued by State Govt like Assam and other states
  • Pensioner Card having photo
  • Freedom Fighter Card having photo
  • Kisan Passbook having photo
  • AADHAR/ Unique Identity Number

In case the Proof of Identity document does not contain your address, you must submit one of the following documents as Proof of Address:

  • Electricity Bill of State company (not older than last 3 months)
  • Telephone Bill of Fixed Line (not older than last 3 months)
  • Water Bill (not older than last 3 months)
  • Ration card
  • Income Tax Assessment Order (not Older than one year)
  • Driving Licence
  • vehicle Registration Certificate (RC)
  • Registered Sale/Lease (Rent) Agreement
  • Passport
  • Arms License
  • Election Commission ID Card
  • CGHS / ECHS Card
  • Certificate of Address having Photo issued by (a) MP / MLA / Group A Gazetted Officer in letter head
  • Certificate of Address with Photo from Govt recognized educational institutions (for students only)
  • Certificate of Address issued by Village Panchayat Head or its equivalent authority (for rural areas)
  • Address Card with Photo issued by Deptt. Of Posts, Govt of India
  • Current Passbook of Post Office or any Scheduled Bank
  • Photo ID Card having address (of Central / PSUs or State Govt / PSUs Only)
  • Credit Card Statement (not older than last 03 months)
  • Caste & Domicile Certificate with Address & Photo issued by State Govt
  • Pensioner Card with address
  • Freedom Fighter Card with address
  • Kisan Passbook with address
  • AADHAR/ Unique Identity Number

For GSM Voice plan activations with Rs 300 entry cost, discount will be given over 3 bills (5th to 7th Bill). Bill discount will be max of Rs.100/- or less based on usage & rental during discount period for each bill cycle. Refund in 5th month may be prorated depending on activation date and bill cycle date. Discount not applicable on rental for account level plans, only usage will be considered- For all circles except Karnataka.
For Karnataka the 3 bills will be of 3rd, 4th, 5th bills.

Photograph with customer's signature is compulsory.
